Welcome, I’m Sarah Helen, a dedicated empowerment coach. In the picturesque north near Sheffield, I proudly served as the lead coach for The Experiential Healing Method, a transformative modality founded by Duke Sayer. Through this powerful healing method, we delve into the core of your being, unravelling the truth behind every facet of your reality, both internal and external. By harnessing the profound energy within, we navigate uncharted territories, fostering unparalleled clarity and nurturing your soul’s deepest desires.

My journey to this profound calling has been nothing short of a rebirth. Just a few years ago, I found myself leading a lacklustre, unfulfilled existence. Wrapped in a shroud of self-doubt and emotional suppression, I struggled to find my place, oscillating between feeling like too much or not enough. My trust in life, others and myself was non-existent. The weight of fears and negative self-talk confined me to a life of playing small, sacrificing my own needs for the sake of receiving love. 

However, everything changed when I took the leap and embraced the teachings of Duke Sayer. 

Before my transformation, I sought solace in various healing modalities since the tender age of 24, grappling with the profound loss of my mother.  Her departure shattered my world, plunging it into darkness and uncertainty. In the midst of grief, I grappled with the profound realization that there must be more to life than the pain I was enduring. This pivotal moment sparked my own healing journey, an exploration into realms of self-discovery, empowerment, and alternative therapies that transformed my life. 

It was years later, Duke’s resonating words and thought-provoking ideas that finally spoke to the depths of my soul, igniting a spark of hope within me and I was able to understand my life in an even deeper way.

The course became a sanctuary where I confronted my suppressed emotions and reclaimed my power and unlocked my potential. It offered a safe haven where I could learn tools and liberate myself from self-sabotage, uncover my true calling, and cultivate the confidence to speak my truth. As I continued to shed the weight of past burdens, my path to self-discovery became illuminated, propelling me towards a life of peace, joy, and love.

Reflecting on my journey, I now comprehend the profound purpose behind my past struggles and traumas. My life experience has been a training ground for me to hold a safe supportive space for others and see how we all have the potential for epic growth and change. I’ve unlocked the ability to shape my own reality, unshackling the stagnant energies that once confined me. 

Empowered by this newfound wisdom, my passion to share this transformative journey with others has become my life’s mission.
